EngineeringFounding Engineer, Product
The role
- Owns AIGNCY Studio end to end: generation, templates, the vault, and the API and MCP developers build on
- Ships straight to our own Media and Talent teams, who run on the product every day
- Takes a feature from idea to production, then looks after it
- Next.js, Node.js and PostgreSQL in production; AWS for media storage and compute
- You have built around model output before, and you care how the result looks

EngineeringFounding AI Systems Engineer
The role
- Core contributor to PRISM-1, the image and video model behind AIGNCY Studio
- Owns the multi-step generation pipelines: chaining, inpainting, compositing, upscaling
- Pushes output quality, inference speed and consistency at scale
- Production experience with fal.ai, Wavespeed, ComfyUI or RunPod
- Strong intuition for model behaviour and how to engineer around its limits

The role
- Owns growth across Studio, Media and Talent, and the partnerships behind it
- Designs the experiments, reads the numbers and scales what works
- Turns what works for one division into a playbook for the other two

The role

What the role would involve
- Decides what good looks like for our outputs: PRISM-1 images and video, and AIGNCY AI answers
- Builds the evals and review sets that catch a regression before a creator does
- Watches our agents in production: what they did, where they went wrong, what to fix next
- Turns what the evals show into clear priorities for the model and product teams

StudioResearch Engineer, Generative Video
What the role would involve
- Pushes PRISM-1's video generation forward: quality, consistency and speed
- Runs experiments on new models and techniques, and ships the ones that win
- Works on keeping characters and scenes consistent across a whole content set
- Moves results from research into the Studio pipeline

What the role would involve
- Sets the visual direction for content made with AIGNCY Studio and PRISM-1

- Reviews generated work for quality and brand safety before it ships

- Works directly with AI-360 clients to turn their goals into a running setup
- Builds what a client needs on top of Studio, Media and Talent
- Takes what clients need back into the core product
- Comfortable moving between a client conversation and the codebase in the same day

What the role would involve
- Day-to-day contact for creators on the AIGNCY Talent roster
- Uses AIGNCY's own tools to plan content, see what ran and report back
- Spots problems early and brings in the right team: Studio, Media or Talent
- Clear, calm and quick to reply

What the role would involve
- Keeps content and accounts within platform rules and AIGNCY's own policies
- Reviews AI-generated content for brand safety and consent before it is published
- Checks that everyone we work with is 18 or older
- Works with engineering on automated checks and clear escalation paths
