Privacy Policy
AIGNCY LLC ("AIGNCY," "we," "us," or "our") operates gncy.ai and its subdomains, including www.gncy.ai, apply.gncy.ai, talent.gncy.ai and media.gncy.ai (collectively, the "Sites").
This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data. AIGNCY Studio and the client dashboard at app.gncy.ai have their own product-specific terms and privacy notice covering account, payment and generated content data. See studio.gncy.ai for those.
1 · Who we are
AIGNCY LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
2 · What we collect
From everyone who visits the Sites:
- IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL (our host, Cloudflare, processes these to serve and protect the Sites)
- Usage analytics, as described in section 10: an anonymous count of page views, and more detail only if you accept analytics
- Campaign tags in the link you arrived from (for example utm_source), so we know which campaign brought you
When you submit a Talent application (apply.gncy.ai):
- Name, email, phone number, Telegram handle
- Social platform handles (Instagram, TikTok, OnlyFans, X, etc.) and follower/subscriber metrics
- Self-reported revenue, content focus, and contact preferences
- Anything else you choose to include
When you submit a Partner application (apply.gncy.ai) or a Media inquiry (media.gncy.ai):
- Name, email, company name
- Partnership type, budget range, contact information
- Project or business details you share with us, and your answers in Build my plan
When you buy or request checkout on media.gncy.ai:
- The services in your cart, your contact details and the account details you give us to deliver the service
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number
When you sign up for a newsletter or waitlist:
- Your email address, the list you joined, the page you signed up on and any campaign tags
When you use AIGNCY AI (the chat on media.gncy.ai and talent.gncy.ai):
- The messages you send, and the page and cart contents the chat uses to answer (see section 5)
- If you ask for a person: the contact details you enter in the chat form and a transcript of the conversation
When you email or otherwise contact us:
- The contents of your message and any attachments
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. The Sites are for adults only.
3 · How we use it
We use the information above to:
- Review and respond to applications, inquiries, orders and support requests
- Deliver the services you buy
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Sites
- Answer your questions in the AI chat
- Send service-related emails (application and inquiry confirmations, order updates)
- Send newsletters and waitlist updates you've signed up for (unsubscribe anytime)
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers.
4 · Who we share it with
We rely on vetted third-party services to operate the business. Each is contractually required to handle your data securely and only on our instructions. Our current processors are:
- Cloudflare: hosting, CDN, security
- Airtable: application and inquiry records (our CRM)
- Vercel and Supabase: hosting and database for AIGNCY HQ, our internal system for orders, support tickets and email lists
- Resend: confirmation emails, newsletters and waitlist emails
- Stripe: payments
- PostHog: site analytics, as described in section 10
- Anthropic: the AI model behind AIGNCY AI (section 5)
We may also disclose information when legally required (subpoena, court order, regulatory request) or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AIGNCY, our users, or the public.
If AIGNCY is acquired or merges with another entity, your data may transfer as part of that transaction. We'll notify you if that happens.
5 · AIGNCY AI (the chat)
AIGNCY AI is an automated assistant, not a person. It answers from our service catalogue and live prices, and it can't see your account, orders or payment details.
- Your messages, with the page you are on and your cart contents, are sent to Anthropic, which runs the AI model, to generate each reply. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, they are not used to train its models
- The conversation is kept in your browser for the current session only (sessionStorage), and is cleared when you close the tab
- We keep a conversation only if you open a support ticket: the contact details you enter and the transcript go to AIGNCY HQ so a person can reply
- Please don't share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat
6 · Emails and newsletters
- Confirmations. When you submit an application, inquiry or order, we email you a confirmation and follow-ups about that request
- Newsletters and waitlists. We only add you when you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or email privacy@gncy.ai and we'll remove you
- Emails are sent by Resend on our behalf
7 · How long we keep it
We retain application data for as long as we have an active business interest, not to exceed seven (7) years after our last interaction with you. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
Newsletter and waitlist sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. Support tickets from the chat are kept as long as needed to resolve them and keep a record of the request. Analytics data is kept by PostHog under its standard retention.
You can request earlier deletion at any time (see section 8).
8 · Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to how we process it
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications or analytics
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@gncy.ai. We respond within 30 days.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know the categories of personal information we collect and the right to opt out of any "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
EU and UK residents have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including those listed above.
9 · International transfers
AIGNCY is based in the United States. If you're outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Sites, you consent to this transfer.
Our processors maintain appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
10 · Cookies and analytics
We use PostHog to understand how the Sites are used. You choose in the bar shown on your first visit:
- Before you choose, we count page views and a few named actions anonymously, with no cookies or local storage. Each page is a new anonymous visit
- Accept lets PostHog remember your browser across visits and across gncy.ai subdomains with a first-party cookie and local storage
- Decline turns analytics off completely. Nothing is sent, now or on later visits
- Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are honored: if your browser sends either signal, analytics never loads
We never record your screen or keystrokes, and we strip email addresses, phone numbers and handles from analytics events and URLs. We do not use advertising or marketing pixels.

11 · Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted processors.
No system is 100% secure. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we'll notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
12 · Children
The Sites are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact privacy@gncy.ai and we'll delete it.
13 · Changes to this policy
We update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via email (where we have your address) or a banner on the Sites.

Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of gncy.ai and its subdomains — including apply.gncy.ai, talent.gncy.ai, and media.gncy.ai (the "Sites") — operated by AIGNCY LLC ("AIGNCY," "we," "us," or "our").
AIGNCY Studio (studio.gncy.ai) has its own Terms of Service that govern use of the Studio product. Those Terms apply separately to Studio users in addition to these site-wide Terms.
By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Sites.
1 · Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Sites. By using them, you confirm you meet that requirement.
2 · What the Sites are
The Sites are marketing properties for AIGNCY's three verticals:
- AIGNCY Studio — AI content generation software
- AIGNCY Media — creator growth and marketing services
- AIGNCY Talent — creator management services
The Sites provide information about our services and forms to apply for or inquire about them.
Submitting an application or inquiry does not create a contract or business relationship. Acceptance into AIGNCY's services requires a separately signed agreement.
3 · Application submissions
When you submit an application (Talent, Partner, or otherwise):
- You confirm the information you provide is accurate
- You authorize us to review and verify it
- You understand we may decline applications at our discretion without explanation
- You acknowledge submission does not guarantee acceptance, payment, or any future business relationship
4 · Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Sites to violate any law or regulation
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Sites
- Attempt to access non-public areas of our systems
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Sites without our written permission
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Use the Sites to harass, threaten, or harm others
5 · Intellectual property
All content on the Sites — text, graphics, logos, code, brand assets, the PRISM-1 mark, design system, and underlying technology — is owned by AIGNCY LLC or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
When you submit an application, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use the information you provide for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
6 · AIGNCY Media — disclaimers
Marketing and growth services offered through AIGNCY Media are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including:
- Follower growth, subscriber growth, or revenue increases
- Performance on third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, OnlyFans, X, etc.)
- Compliance outcomes with third-party platform terms or policies
Specific service deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are governed by separately signed engagement agreements between you and AIGNCY.
Nothing on the Sites constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
7 · Third-party links and services
The Sites may contain links to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are between you and them.
8 · Disclaimer of warranties
The Sites are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIGNCY disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIGNCY's total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Sites is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the total amount you've paid to AIGNCY in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
AIGNCY will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10 · Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIGNCY, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Sites, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
11 · Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Sites at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.
12 · Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
13 · Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a banner on the Sites. Continued use of the Sites after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
