No. Every part of HQ runs alongside the tools you use today until it has proven itself. You decide when to switch each one off.
About 30 days for the core rollout: portal and posting in the first two weeks, roster and content in weeks three and four. Tasks, reports and agents follow at your pace.
Our team does the heavy lifting. For early-access agencies we migrate your roster, accounts and content with you. Your team mostly reviews and approves.
Self-serve imports from CSV, Google Sheets, Airtable and Infloww exports are coming soon. Until then our team migrates your data with you.
Guided setup and onboarding is a one-time fee, quoted with your invite. Plans and per-creator prices are on the pricing page.
